How to Access Your Purchased Downloads - and Reset the IP Limiter

Great news! You can easily re-access any of the videos you previously purchased as digital downloads from our website by accessing the My Account page. Here are step by step instructions.

Step 1) Visit your Account Page at NatureRelaxation.com/Account

(No account yet? You can register for a free store account. Be sure to register with the same email you used for your past orders if you are trying to access a previous order).

Step 2) On Your Account Page, click the link that on top that says "Access Your Purchased Downloads." It is in light blue.

Step 3) Here you will find a list of all your previous downloaded videos. On this page there is also a button to reset your links. Scroll down to see the video links and click on them to initiate the new download.
